The stable update is rolling out to beta testers as well as to the regular users. As of now, Chinese users of Huawei P30 and P30 Pro will get the latest build. But, the company has already opened the beta testing for these devices in many regions including Europe, UK, and Middle East.
The update is rolling out as OTA (Over the Air) So, it may take some time to reach your smartphone.
