Samsung recently released the July 2022 security patch details that show it fixes 3 critical and 20 high levels of vulnerabilities. In addition to vulnerability fixes, the update also brings system stability improvements to the Galaxy A53 and Galaxy F62. The latest software update for the Galaxy A53 is currently rolling out in South Korea. It comes with the firmware version A536NKSU2AVFA. On the other hand, the Galaxy F62 is receiving the July 2022 security update in India that carries the firmware version E625FDDU2BVG1.

If you’re a Galaxy A53 or Galaxy F62 user in the above-specified region, you might have already received a software update notification on your phone. In case the notification has not popped up on your phone, navigate to Settings > Software update to get the update. Both Galaxy A53 and Galaxy F62 are mid-range phones from Samsung. While the Galaxy F62 came in 2021, the Galaxy A53 was released earlier this year. The Galaxy F62 came with Android 11 and got Android 12 update a couple of months back.
