Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Benchmark delivers great Antutu results

Update: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the latest mobile processor from Qualcomm, has recorded a score of 1.3 million on Antutu benchmark, making it the highest–scoring Android processor on the market. The score is achieved with the Moto X40. Before proceeding with the scores resulting from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, it should be noted that the actual real-world performance and the on-paper scores might have major differences. The Benchmark results like Geekbech and Antutu scores are conducted to test out the estimated power and performance of the processor. The actual usage of the chipset can be identified only by the consumers using and analyzing the chipset.

The Antutu score obtained is pretty impressive. For reference, the points conducted on an unknown Vivo smartphone (likely the upcoming Vivo X90 Pro+ 5G) powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset is 1,293,410 as it scores almost 1.3M+ points. Compared to last year’s Moto Edge X30 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, the device bagged 1,061,361 points in the Antutu benchmark test. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered Realme GT 2 Pro got an impressive 1,025,215 points in the Antutu benchmark results.

The processor bags great single-core and multi-core Geekbench scores

An unknown Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered Vivo smartphone with model number V2227A has been spotted on the Geekbench version 5 certification. The listing displays that the device scored 1483 points in the Single-Core score while getting 4709 points in the Multi-core test. Similar to the Antutu benchmark results, the Geekbench scores are no different as they’re quite impressive.
