The Android 11 update comes with One UI 3.1 skin at the top. Notably, the international Galaxy Tab S6 LTE received March 2021 security patch, but Verizon has added a more recent April 2021 security patch. This is not the latest security patch, as the company has already started rolling out May 2021 security patch.  Android 11 along with One UI 3.1 brings loads of new features and improvements including Chat bubbles, a refreshed user interface, permission auto reset, one time permission, conversations section in the notification area, smart media controls, Google Duo integration, Ability to remove location from images before sharing, and more.  Samsung’s April 2021 security patch fixes 30 CVE’s (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) from Google and 23 CVE’s from Samsung, which increases system security.  If you’re a Verizon-based Galaxy Tab S6 user then you would have already received the Android 11 update. If not, then manually update your phone by navigating to Settings » Software updates and then tap on “Download and install“. [via]
